This upgrade includes the Southampton Online Services (SOS) website and a large icon-based user interface for easier navigation. SOS is an online tool that provides the resources for citizens to submit service requests. It will allow Town staff and Officials to play a more integral role in public services, routing neighborhood concerns to the right person, with the right solution.
